The third annual Holiday with a Hero Golf Tournament will tee off May 18 at the
Eagle Valley Golf Course.
The 4-person scramble golf tournament raises funds for scholarships for students
in need within the community.
“When you see these kids year after year, and what they overcome to succeed,
it’s clear who the real heroes are,” said co-founder Meliah Gonzales. “We are
really pleased to be able to give them a boost.”
All net proceeds will benefit the Holiday with a Hero scholarships.
For those wanting to help beyond the tournament, sponsorships are also
available. Tier 1 begins at $100 in-kind donations up to Tier 4 with $1,000 in
donations.
