Uniformed volunteers from local public safety agencies are needed to help with our annual Christmas shopping spree. Due to changes to the event, signup slots for our shopping heroes are limited and preregistration is required.

About the event
This signup page is for volunteer first responders only. Holiday with a Hero partners with the Carson City School District to determine which children qualify for our program. If you are a family in need, please talk with your child's teacher or school social workers to be sure you're receiving all the local services available to you.
Since 2005, Holiday with a Hero has paired uniformed first responders with Carson City children in need for a Christmas shopping spree at Walmart. Due to the generosity of our community, we have provided nearly $350,000 worth of services through this program.
